Epic Vegetable Soup!

This is a healthy green, fresh and nutritious recipe for vegetable soup that you can prepare home all by yourself. In recipe you have all you need for your diet, the soupe is loaded with onion, carrot, celery, beef broth, tomatoes, cabbage, beef bouillon, garlic, Cajun, basil and zucchini. This weight recipe will take you only 20 minutes for preparation of the soop and 45 minutes for cooking process. This wonderful soup recipe will cost you 1 point per serving

Great Vegetable soup

Ingredients;

  • 1⁄2 [half] of onion
  • 1 [one] cup of sliced carrot
  • 1 1⁄2 [one and half] sliced stalk celery
  • 14 [fourteen] Oz cans of low fat beef broth
  • 14 1⁄2 [fourteen and half] Oz can of diced tomato
  • 2 1⁄2 [two and half] cup of cabbage
  • 2 [two] beef bouillon
  • 2 [two] minced garlic cloves
  • 1 [one] teaspoon of cajun spices
  • 1⁄4 [one fourth] teaspoon of basil
  • 1⁄2 [half] cup of sliced zucchini

Cooking process;

  • Add cooking spray and spray big saucepan with it
  • Sauté celery; carrot; onion for five minutes until tender
  • Add cabbage; tomatoes; garlic; beef broth; basil; Cajun spice; bouillon beef into saucepan
  • Boil all ingredients
  • Reduce heat and simmer for thirty minutes
  • Put zucchini into saucepan
  • Simmer for ten minutes
  • serve
