Blueberry, banana and kale smoothie with almond milk and chia seeds
Blueberries are rich in antioxidants and elements which strengthen memory. Kale is abundant in iron and calcium, important for bones strengthening. Chia includes omega-3 fatty acids for reducing the inflammation, and is vital for cholesterol improvement, while almonds are wealthy with vitamin E to enrich and beautify your skin.
Put all ingredients in a blender, and mix on the highest speed until becomes smooth.
Almond smoothie with coconut

1 apple (thinly sliced)
1 banana (peeled and frozen)
2 tablespoons of almond butter
