This is a 1 week diet based on adding cucumber in your daily diet. This vegetable can be used for home beauty treatments, wellness treatments and it has beneficial effects on the skin.

The benefits that cucumber brings to the table:

Cucumber is good for the body because it has the ability to purify your organism, to stimulate the metabolism and clean the digestive tract and intestines. Cucumber is recommendable for those who want to make full detoxification, because it takes out the excess of water in the body. Some people even use it for cleaning acne.

This is a diet that lasts for 10 days and you will need to start using certain foods in your daily diet. You can lose 7 kg. with the help of this diet, since it is based on cucumber, and you can eat one whenever you feel hungry.

Cucumber daily diet plan:

  1. Breakfast:
  • 1 plate cucumber salad
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  1. Snack:
  • 5 plums of a big apple or peach

You will need 400 gr of cucumber, 200ml of yogurt or sour milk, fresh onion and salt.
