Do This At Least Once a Week For Perfectly Perky Breasts

Every woman wants to have a perfectly shaped breasts, but as women age the breasts start losing their elasticity and sagging. The good thing is that there are many things that could help you tone your breasts, such as: healthy diet, exercising and proper body care. You should drink a lot of water and massage your breasts with Aloe Vera gel in order to regain their firmness. There are some natural remedies for sagging breasts.

 

Breast exercises
– Push-ups are a great way to firm your breasts. You need to lie down with your stomach on the floor and push your body up with the arms. Your back needs to be straight during this exercise. Get into plank position and lower your body, then continue pushing it up. Make sure your body stays in a straight line.

– Chest press is an exercise where you lie down on a flat bench holding a dumbbells in each hand. Extend your arms and hold to this position for about 10 seconds. Then, you need to lower the dumbbells until the moment your elbows are below your shoulders.

– Arm raise is an easy and simple exercise and you just need to stand with the feet apart and reach straight up.

Breast mask
This is an amazing way of making your breasts toned and firm. To prepare the mask you will only need: an egg, a tablespoon of Vitamin E oil and a tablespoon of plain yogurt. You should mix all of the mentioned ingredients and make a thick paste. Apply this paste on your breasts and slowly massage them. Let it act for half an hour, then wash it off with water.

Massages
Massage your breasts regularly by using ice cubes, essential oils, vegetable oil, coconut oil, etc. Do this two or three times a week and your breasts will be firm and toned.
