The Great Positive Effects of Eating Pistachio

The pistachio is famous for their positive effect on the blood vessels because of the effect they have on reducing the bed cholesterol in the blood which causes better elasticity of arteries. Pistachio reduces the risk of heart diseases.  According to new acknowledgement the pistachio can be included in the daily nutrition of people that suffer from diabetes tip 2, because they participate in regulating the sugar in the blood plus they give a feeling of fullness after the meal.

The pistachio are rich with antioxidant lutein, which otherwise is available in green leafy vegetables and fruits in blue colors. Better choices are unsalted pistachios as too much salt raises blood pressure.

You can consume pistachio along with other fruits or separately. They taste good and you will feel the energy flowing immediately.
