Time for fast and healthy breakfast!

Breakfast is the first meal you take after your body wakes up in the morning, that’s why it’s so essential. Beginning your day with something fresh, healthy and homemade can give you the necessary energy during the day, can make you feel happy and relaxed. If you have to choose between traditional eggs and bacon, smoothie or nothing at all, we suggest smoothie would be the right choice for you.

It’s easy to make, and can be made in a head of time for a grab or go kind of morning. You can make out of almost every fruit and vegetable, although curtain combinations are beneficial for different tips of condition. Today we suggest the following smoothie:
Smoothie of the day: healthy blood and energy.

  • 1 banana (medium sized)
  • 6-7 leaves spinach
  • 1 green apple (medium sized)
  • 40 gram of frozen Aronia Barry (about 20 grains)
  • 1 glass of weather

You put this ingredient in the blender and mix them for about 1 – 2 minute. After that put the mixture in the bottle for takeout or a plate and enjoy!
