How to treat the foot blisters naturally

Aloe Vera

They have strong anti-inflammatory effect (green tea is more powerful). You can mix the green tea bags in boiling water. Let stand for 5 minutes and let cool at room temperature. Dip a cotton ball and apply it on the affected area. Leave for half an hour and repeat this procedure up to three times a day.

Vitamin E

This vitamin supports healing and the removal of scar tissue. Destroy a vitamin E capsule and apply on the affected area. Leave for half an hour and repeat this procedure each day until you have a positive change in your foot blisters.


It contains menthol and baking soda as the two useful ingredients for relieving blisters. Apply a little toothpaste on the affected area and leave for 2 hours. Wash with warm water and apply a foot cream. Repeat this procedure up to two times a day. You are advised not to use toothpaste with whitening agent.


Chamomile tea is able to reduce the swelling; therefore you can set up 2 tea bags in boiling water (250 ml). Let cool and then soak a cotton ball and apply it on the blister. Let stand for 10 minutes. Repeat this procedure three times a day until you find a positive change.

Apple cider vinegar

ACV has anti-bacterial properties that can inhibit the infection in case the blister is torn. You should be aware that ACV can also provide local burning sensation and redness so you need to make sure you do not apply the vinegar excessively.


It contains natural antiseptic agent that can prevent infection and reduce inflammation. Mix one teaspoon of curcumin tea with a little water so you get a thick paste. Apply the paste on the blister and leave it to 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water and do this step 3 times a day until you can eliminate foot blisters.
