Wednesday: Veggie In, Smoothie of the day!

Smoothie for all the veggies and people who like healthy meals

This drink is low with fat, it is spicy and tasty. This drink will lift you up when you are feeling run-down.

Ingredients:

1 carrot

Chunk or ginger, chopped

½ ripe avocados

¼ cucumbers

1 stick of celery

1/3 apple juice

Ice cubes or water

Instructions:

Chop all the veggies and put them in a blender. Blend and serve! Enjoy!
