This drink is low with fat, it is spicy and tasty. This drink will lift you up when you are feeling run-down.
Chunk or ginger, chopped
½ ripe avocados
1 stick of celery
1/3 apple juice
Ice cubes or water
Chop all the veggies and put them in a blender. Blend and serve! Enjoy!
