I am sharing this diet with you because it can help lose 20 pounds in only 2 weeks. It is based on drinking lemon water every day for 2 weeks.
When you finish this diet you are expected to lose up to 20 pounds. I have not tried it yet and I am expecting to hear your results. You should be careful with this diet because it is based on too much of lemon juice and it is not suitable for everyone.
I have heard about diets with drinking lemon water prepared of one glass of warm water and half lemon juice every day. Yet this diet includes drinking much more than just one glass of water and one lemon.
Lemon water is good for digestive system because Citrus flavonoids in lemon are a good digestive tonic. Citrus flavonoids are also good for decreasing appetite. If you consume lemon water, your body will digest the food better, you will eat less and you can lose weight easily.
Lemon water diet that will help you to lose up to 20 pounds of body fat in two weeks.
Day 1– juice of 1 lemon and 1 cup water
Day 2 – 2 lemons and 2 cups water
Day 3– 3 lemons and 3 cups water
Day 4– 4 lemons 4 cups water
Day 5– 5 lemons and 5 cups water
Day 6– 6 lemons and 6 cups water
Day 7 – 3 lemons, 10 cups water, and a teaspoon of honey. Mix it and it drink during the whole day
Day 8 – 6 lemons and 6 cups water
Day 9– 5 lemons and 5 cups water
At the 10th day, you should start reducing the amount of one lemon and a glass of water, to the 13th day when you take the juice of 1 lemon and 1 cup water again.
Note: At the 11th day you should take 4 cups of water and 4 lemons. At the 12th day take 3 cups of water and 3 lemons. At the 13th, day you should take 1 lemon and 1 cup of water.
Day 14– juice of 10 cups of water, 3 lemons, and a teaspoon of honey. Mix it and drink it before breakfast as possible, and the rest of the day.
